Why keeping physically fit and eating properly are important during the divorce process.

It's so easy to fall into the trap of comfort eating (or not eating) and not wanting to go out and face the world when we're groing through challenging times.  


I'm not saying having the odd bar or two of chocolate or the odd glass of your favourite tipple is wrong, or even having the odd duvet day.  But if these things start to become a habit, that's when they can cause problems.


Being physically fit and ensuring your body is provided with the right nutrients is vital to keeping up your stamina whilst you are going through the divorce process.


Now, this doesn’t mean hours of work at the gym every day or investing in very expensive products.  What it does mean, however, is that if you take some form of exercise every day and ensure that you are eating properly (and not eating the wrong foods all the time), it will help you build up your stamina, fight off depression and keep you healthy.
