How to Live a Life you Love after Divorce

Your divorce is finalised.  The financial matters have all been dealt with.  If you have children, contact arrangements are in place. You have a roof over your head.  All the legalities are completed and the dust is beginning to settle.

You may have had an eye on your future when negotiating the financial settlement with your solicitor, but what you probably didn’t do was to think about, or perhaps didn’t want to think about, what the future actually had in store for YOU.

So now what?  You suddenly find yourself without the support of your legal team; relationships with family and friends have changed -  so much change has been going on that you feel like a rabbit in the headlights.  Frozen and not sure what to do next.

I remember the time when that was me. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. I was totally stressed out and exhausted by the whole process. I felt numb. In limbo.  And if you're feeling like that now, take a deep breath.  That’s right. A nice, deep breath.  In fact, take a few deep breaths. Nice, deep breaths and as you exhale, really push the air out and let go of all that stress, exhaustion and pain. Make a long “haaaaaaaa” sound as you breathe out.

You know, it’s ok to be where you are right now.  Right now, wherever you are, no matter how old you are and whatever your situation, it is a starting point.  It is just that. A starting point. Your starting point to your new future.  I know it feels really scary on the one hand, but also, if you choose it to be, it can be exciting! A brand new start! A brand new sheet to write on!

“But what do I write?” “How do I know what I want?” “I'm just too numb and exhausted to even think about it"  I hear you say.  I get that.  And that's why I had this conversation with Monica. Because I know what it feels like to come through a divorce and not know what to do next for YOU.

So to find out what to do before you even take that first step on the road to a new phase in your life where you'll be living a life you love, click on the link below to watch my latest conversation with the lovely Monica Castenetto.  Monica’s infectious enthusiasm will have you totally engaged - she’ll also be letting you have details of how you can get her free e-book "How to Know What You Want 10 Ways in 10 Days".
